Gift2Go visa cards not working anymore?

All I can tell you is that at my local Walgreens there were two empty racks in a wall full of various gift cards. Both were supposed to hold Gift2Go Visa cards. Either they're sold out after a run by poker players or they were pulled for some reason.

bought 200 bucks at local walgreens on sunday and it worked fine

how does cashing out work? doesn't pokerstars credit the original source for the deposit amount and then it will issue a check for anything over the deposit amount? so does that mean if you deposit for 200 via gift card, and then cash out for 500, the card would be credited 200 and a check could be issued for the remaining 300?

Bought 50 bucks at local Walgreens today and it does not work. Checked with gift2go that it has been activated. Odd.
