Default Fold or Shove the Turn??

Dont have much of a read on villain except that he seems to be a laggy player. Only been playing for a short time but he's been calling me and raising me alot sf. No showndowns b4 this hand so im not sure if he had legit hands during previous hands. Not sure what the standard play is here. Calling his raise on the turn seems bad to me cuz with that raises hes probably calling a shove with a 9. River is an obvious fold but should i give this pot up on the turn? or is my equity vs his probable range good enough to justify a shove? Im leaning towards a fold but what do u guys think?

Yeah, there's no value in betting this turn, it's about the worst card for you, I may C/C and may even just C/F
