Nope, and I've got a mail from them telling me I'm not getting it either.

Are there any affiliates out there (other than me) who:

1) WERE 'under investigation' earlier this week, but no longer are,

2) Have not had ANY negative fee applied, and

3) Have also not received payment for May?

I cannot get a response from Party so I don't know if they cleared me, have yet to post the negative amount or what. As most have stated, I have no idea if the players who signed up through me had accounts before or not. If anyone else could let me know if they are in the same situation as me, I would appreciate it. Even better, if someone in my situation has received any response from Party, please post or PM what they said. Thanks.

I am in the same boat as you. Figured I would wait a couple of days to see what happens. This was after I sent them an email telling them they have got it wrong with me, as I don't offer rakeback. Hopefully they've changed their mind about shutting off my account.

uhhh... if u think this is the reason they're shutting down affiliates then u obviously haven't read the thread. They don't shutdown affiliates who offer rakeback, they shutdown affiliates who have clients that closed acounts then opened new once since october 2006

Where are people getting these dates from? Are they just 2+2 rumors or do you have any source for the info of how long back they will go?

My affiliate wrote this:

"We had thought this would be just June 1st going forward, but what they actually did was, take all your action (If you closed your account and made a new one) and charged us for it all the way back from fall 2006"

back billed what?

IF i have double account players they have been on for 1 maybe 2 months... this suck.. will they recover it all or is the sum acctually relevant to the actual mgr the possible double account players have generated?... i m guessing like 5% of mgr comes from double accounts .. tops...so i should still get payed some ... since they recovered money already on the account and since may was good to me (no, good to party it seems)

And those clients that opened new ones are mainly doing it for the purpose of rakeback. My account doesn't include anyone signing up after closing an account either. Thanks for assuming I hadn't read the thread tho.
