Shuttle from the Airport to the Rio?

I'm getting into town late Thursday night, and my brother is getting in 2 hours later. Anyone know if the Rio/Harrahs runs an Airport shuttle, and how often it runs?

I'd really don't want to wait in that long cab line outside the Airport that can occur.

The long cab line usually goes very quickly, at least in my experience, because there is a never-ending slew of cabs waiting. Of course, I've usually arrived in the late morning or early afternoon.

There are plenty of cheap shuttles that go to the hotels, and when I arrived there was hardly any wait. It was something like $12 round trip. There should be signs for "shuttles" outside of baggage claim, and there's a few different ones.
