Default Straight with 3 clubs on board. What to do?

It was a few days ago but I dont really have much of a read on the guy. He is like the standard guy at this level meaning that he is not that aggressive (not meaning totally passive however) and calls a little too much.

Heads up $30 PL (Real/Tournament)
Seat 1: HERO (1605.00)
Seat 2: VILLAIN (1395.00)
HERO post SB 15.00
VILLAIN post BB 30.00
** Deal **

HERO [3d, 5c]
VILLAIN [N/A, N/A]

*** Bet Round 1 ***
HERO Call 30.00
VILLAIN Raise to 60.00
HERO Call 60.00

*** Flop(Board): *** : [Jc, 4s, 6c]
*** Bet Round 2 ***
VILLAIN Bet 60.00
HERO Call 60.00

*** Turn(Board): *** : [Jc, 4s, 6c, 7c]
*** Bet Round 3 ***
VILLAIN Bet 30.00
HERO Raise to 170.00
VILLAIN Raise to 520.00
HERO Call 520.00 --------- ????

*** River(Board): *** : [Jc, 4s, 6c, 7c, Qc]

VILLAIN Bet 420.00
HERO Call 420.00 --------- ????

Fold to a min raise with position? That seems pretty crazy. Still, I think this is spewy. The turn call seems marginal and the river call seems really bad. Plus your description that he isn't super aggressive should make you want to fold even more.

Push turn after he raises you to 520. You're ahead of his entire range, because he wouldn't raise 58 out of the BB. Looks to me like you are up against overpair/set.

And I don't complete the small blind w/ 53o.

If he is not that aggressive you can probably outplay him postflop and I don't see a reason not to limp in with 53o. If you have a read on the guy, it does not really matter what you have.

Pushing the turn is marginal. I push here all the time but I think it is a leak. A little bet and then reraise is almost always a big hand and you might be facing a flush. I am not recommending a nitty play here. Without any reads, push the turn. Just to let you know about this betting pattern of a lot of players.

Didn't see that three clubs were on the turn. Makes this hand alot different.

As played because of the 30 donkbet on the turn, this is actually a marginal call on the turn. C/f river.

I'd probably fold the turn here. I don't think he'd play JJ this strong given your reads so a very small % of his cards on the turn that are non bluffs are not flushes.

Definitely have to fold river given this read, would be fairly crazy not to given most reads in the first place.

Also, unless he is going to overplay top pair or an overpair on a straight and flush board, you should probably flat call the turn and c-bet or call the river for pot control with a straight here I think. You're not going to get enough value out of a set for the most part (unless you're folding to his reraise on the turn, even then I think it's suboptimal) and you risk losing one pair hands. You also do not risk letting him push you out of the hand like he did here with a flush (or bluff/overplayed hand). Believe me, I love making thin raises against certain players and trying to find that hero read, but I don't think this is a good spot for it.

Given this river if you had flat called the turn you could call the riverbet and be content either way. I think that is the correct move here.
