Default preflop question

is it better to limp behind or raise here? given that i raised so big, should cbet every flop? what i know about UTG is he is a big station postflop and 19/4 preflop.

No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$4
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $523
UTG+1: $696.50
CO: $438.46
Hero: $407.70
SB: $858.62
BB: $160

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $28</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls, 2 folds.

Default Re: preflop question

i like raising this hand. our drawing hand is often best HU, i dont like scs as much in multiway pots because
a) our flushes are not nuts
b) our SD are not nuts (usually).

i think SCs are best played HU. thoughts?
