iTunes to Windows Media Player

I just got a new Treo and want to put my music on it. The bad news is it is Windows based and therefore has Windows Media Player. Is there a way to convert all my iTunes music to WMP so I can put it on my phone?

I think there is a 3rd party software. Try googling for it.
