Default $10NL - lay down top trips against loose passive?

This guy is a bit on the loose passive side given hits stats (36/1/.2 over 80 hands) but I don't think he was an outright fish. He seemed to have a grasp on the fundamentals - he was positionally aware and didn't call down with crap - but he was pretty scared about putting money on the line. I have seen him check behind with 2nd nut flush. The river was a tough spot for me - I wasn't terribly concerned about the flush but given how meek and passive this guy is, it seems that I will have a 2nd best hand here the majority of the time.

Oh, and the minbet on the turn was a misclick, I meant to pot it. On FTP I use the keypad to type in my bets, but I was a bit fast to hit the enter key

Given how passive he is, I guess he's probably got a boat, but I'd have a hard time folding here. And you are getting about 5:2, at least.

And I did crying call for the record. Didn't feel right about it given my read but I'm glad I made the right decision here.
