Cross Post: My UB Account was Hacked

I know Im not a regular poster here or a name that nearly anybody would recognize from these boards, but Im just posting this here to hopefully get some help. I am decently known at FlopTurnRiver and a regular player in the 400nl games at UB under "andy-akb" [where most of you who have played with me have probably seen some tilt episodes, haha].

Anyways, so I just got back from a week long trip to Ireland to find that my UB and epassporte passwords have been changed. I have sent emails to UB, my affiliate, and just got off the phone with epassporte, but really dont know what to expect. the guy I spoke with at epass reset my password to let me login and see if I could figure anything out on my own so that he didnt have to freeze the account. I logged in using a different computer, changed the password again and looked through the history which is pasted below:

It doesnt look like they got a ton out of it really, but I had over $13k at UB and thats what Im really worried about. I talked with somebody from FTR about this and we both think that it is definitely somebody who I know, because it is just too timely [while im out of country] for it to be a random coincidence and I never talk to random people, let alone download files for a keylogger. My biggest hope is that UB [censored] up the withdrawals to whoever my money was either transfered or chip dumped to. Now Im just waiting on a reply from them and my affiliate.

But yea, this was incredibly incoherant and I apologize for that, Im sort of just thinking out loud right now. Anyways, besides sending emails, what else should I do? Im going to call epassporte back and have them freeze my account and look into the p2p transfers as well as the virutal visa cards. Does anybody have any datamining data from the past few days so that they can see if the money was dumped anywhere?

I assume you're getting the runaround when you ask Epassporte to transfer these p2p transactions back to you? Or have the destination accounts already been cleaned out?

Well I actually was fairly successful at epassporte. They froze my account and are going to credit the money back after their investigation. That should be pretty simple as all the info they need is right there, Im just worried about UB right now. In the other thread I made, I posted a few emails I found in the trash:
