hmm, i don't really like your line here. why don't you raise the flop? i don't think he's limping any pocket pair w/ that PFR%, so you really have nothing to be afraid of here. i would put him on a weaker to mid-strength king (ie something like KJ, or maybe even down to K6-K7). then, when he checks to you on the turn, why don't you bet that? even if he has KQ, you are killing him w/ AA33. i probably fire 12-15 on the turn. considering river situation, i think find a fold, but you made it very difficult with the way you played it.

raise the flop flop he is either trying to steal the pot (which he would fold the turn more than likely anyways) and most ppl in 50nl arent goin to fold a KQ or AK or KJ in that situation

Raise flop and call a shove, im looking to get it allin on this board. You shouldn't even have a decision to make by the river. If you dont get it allin on the flop then certainly get it in on the turn.
This is the dream flop for AA when someone bets into you as they are going to have a very hard time folding a King.
