You've made awesome progress, congrats. I recommend you read through a bunch of the other weight loss threads on this forum to get some more ideas.
My number one recommendation is to keep a food log for one or two weeks. You'll probably be surprised about some elements of your diet, and if you maintain the food log for longer, its a great way to hold yourself accountable and discourage you from making bad choices. www.fitday.com makes it really easy, check it out. Weight lifting is definitely a great way to make sure you maintain your muscle mass as you continue to lose pounds. Make sure to focus on big lifts that use a lot of different muscles, like squats and deadlifts. |
