I told a regular once when he was sitting out at one. I don't know if he was 2+2 or not, but prolly a good chance. We got headsup eventually and (though I don't even really remember if it was the same table) and he beat me (I don't remember how).

yeah forgot to mention, wickss had booted up 9 sngs or whatever and i was at 3 of them - he was playing 2 but sitting out in one... apparently he doesn't watch the chat?

If I'm sitting out, I probably have the tables cascaded and I won't see it anyway. I usually don't see chat because I am too busy.

Now that I have my new monitor and have finished working out all the bugs in my AHK macros, I probably won't have a problem sitting out again. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

As far as the etiquette question, you shouldn't be playing a "friendly game of poker." When you're playing, you should be trying to cut every one's throat at the table even if you are playing with your best friend. You should play fairly but not give up a fair advantage. If someone is sitting out, it is probably their own fault. Telling them would give up a fair advantage.

I would tell them if I know them, but if I basically only know that they also post on 2p2 I probably wouldn't let them know.
