Oceans 13???

I thought teh stupidity of the situations (julia roberts), was what made 12 good, its not like these movies are meant to be cinematic masterpieces, they are the epitome of a good flick, entertaining, campy, cool, etc. maybe Im wrong, dunno.

It was enjoyable enough for what it was. It's good entertainment, the whole movie has a retro hip rat-pack coolness to it. It's not 11, but it's better than 12 by a long shot. And the cinematography was really great.

I loved both 11 and 12 for different reasons. 11 was relatively simple and the characters had purpose. 12 got better with multiple viewings - lots of layers and humor that was much more subtle.

13 was AWFUL - I kept waiting for it to get more interesting but it was just a poorly set up premise and bunch of cheap jokes that weren't thought through. No intellect required. Huge disappointment.

13 sucked. Entirely predictable. Characters were not interesting throughout. Slightly better than 12, but that's not saying much. Really thought they were going to re-capture the magic that make 11 really enjoyable. They didn't. It was awful.

13 is the best of the 3. The story holds up more than 11 and 12. The cinematography and lighting are beautiful. They finally figured out that the movies are more about Danny and Rusty and gave them the most screen time. They have already established the characters in the first two movies so now they get to play with them and it's obvious the actors are having fun. Highly recommended.

Not a huge movie buff but I thought a couple of points in the plot of 12 were extremely lame copouts, like using Julia Roberts' character as a Julia Roberts impersonator and then having that one guy just capoeira through the laserbeam security system. Just struck me as weak writing.

I liked the banter and cinematography though.

Yeah. 100% not kidding, when they kept saying "you know who she looks like?" I turned to my friends and went, "You know what would be stupid? If they say she looks like Julia Roberts..." And then it happened, and after cleaning the crap out of my pants, I became dissapointed.

13 was easily the best of the 3... i would list them as 13, 11, 12..

12 was just so bad cause it had everyone lost and never explained essentially how they stole the [censored]..
11 was awesome cause it was vegas and 13 was the same which made it awesome

13 had the most comedy in it, very funny in my opinion like the oprah, etc..

It was alright. Some plot holes. A few laughs. I mostly enjoyed watching Pitt and Clooney act together.
