Default 3.40, 5.50 Stars - Bubble problem

Hi!

I don't know if there is any answer, but i have problem with getting into the bubble. I very often come to the verge of the bubble as a chip leader and very often don't manage to get in there.

What is the right strategy just before the bubble bursts? Especially with the biggest stack in the game.

I seem to loose against pocket pairs like 8,8 with AK...

For example Stars - 3,40 game:
I'm on a BB with 3400, SB with 1600 bets 700, i push withs AK on the BB.

Is this the way to play it at this stage?

Tnx!

Br, darks

For the example you are giving, you are playing correctly. I would say if you are chipleader you should be playing very aggressive vs the small stacks at medium/high blinds.

It would be alot easier if you gave us some more hands for example where you are unsure what to do, so we can discuss. Also, play around with SNGwiz and SNGPT to get a hang of bubblesituations and stuff.
