i can only speak for myself.

I've spent a lot of time spinning wheels at shorthanded games and i've hit a couple of really terrible downswings (think 30 buyins, as in five figures).

That said, i am playing 2/4 currently, and we'll see how that goes.

Both of those things said, yes, its difficult to beat the awesome 4-5ptbb/100 goodness of 1/2.

also, 1/2 on party last year was about as easy as 50nl is on stars today, so in effect, we've moved up virtually two levels since then.

thanks for responding.

i jump around in limits a lot. i mean this month i have played everything from 1/2 - 10/20 both six max and full ring.

occasionally, when i am playing on the lower end of my range of limits, i will bump into a guys that has been playing the same game for over a year and I NEVER see that player at any other limit. i always wonder why they never give any other game a go.

edit: he's just a typical tag imo. like 17/12 6max, he 3bets more then a usual FR guy but is essentially just a TAG. I thought he was nittier then what you guys were saying, but he's just a tag.

capaneo is not a LAG, lol. He's always been a decent TAG, IMO. He's definitely more aggressive than most of the regs.
