The most likely bettor is the button after his preflop raise, so he's likely to c-bet if checked to in position. A checkraise probably gets us heads up against a wide variety of hands, many of which we are beating in a medium sized pot.

If the button 3-bets us on the flop, or UTG sticks around, I'm check/folding the turn unimproved. If UTG folds as expected and the button just calles our CR, I'm leading the turn and river.
