If the affiliates are reputable and their accounts are in the negative, should they still pay us to have us generating rake for them? I feel that I should be paid even if they don't make a lot of money for a few months due to pay backs.

No this would be insanely expensive for the affiliates of course. Remember that you as a receiver of rb have no rights what so ever in this, and the affiliates don't owe the players anything. Paying players even though they aren't getting paid by Party would be kind, but also beyond stupid. If they like monies.

but, on the other hand, a "totally new" affiliate, with a clean sheet, and "totally new" customers, wouldnt be a problem, would it?

Definately worth a days admin for 20k IMO.

very doable IMO but if only one person signs up again it costs the affiliate serious money..

well no it costs them nothing, because they are "totally new"...... what happens is that nobody gets rakeback, so it has to be a totally trustworthy network.

exactly the problem is the "totally new" if only two or three people f' up the signing up process we might run into some problems..
