I found a free online version of this game, and tried a few things. The strategy I found that doesn't eat money too fast (In fact I'm running a bit ahead) is to go by Wizard of odds preflop and post flop only bet if Pokerstove says I'm better than 50% vs random.
If I see this game when I'm in Vegas next month, I'll have to give it a shot.

You can play it with fake money on Intercasino. Since I'm an American, I had to make up a fake Canadian address to create a login ID.

Bonus is a clear ripoff, at least where I've played, but everyone think it's the best part about this game. They get paid odd with a $5 bonus on KK and they think it's a surefire way to win at this game.

I generally play any hand with a face card, any two suited cards, and any two connectors better than 32 or 43. Seems alright, I've only had one losing session out of ten, which is a microscopic sample size, but of the table games I've seen offered, it appears to be one of the better ones.

this is the way to play optimally - in the link earlier the guy's results come from calculating the same thing with a similar program

I discovered the game before going to Vegas recently, where I played it a lot. Only game I played other than inside the poker rooms. Based on Wizard of Odds or not, your going to play most hands. If not, the ante will eat you up. For the most part I did well, except for 3 losing sessions out of the who knows how many I played. If you play it long enough, you WILL experience some horrible losing streaks. On the flip side, you will also experience incredible winning streaks. Most of the time the variance isn't too bad, but it can be. Just understand what your stop lose is before sitting down because like I said, you will experience some horrible down turns. On average I was playing $10 antes, so $10+$20+$10+$10= $50 possible per hand. One time I was betting $25 (up to $125 per hand). Had many $50-200 winning sessions. My stop lose was approx. $250 to cool off based on $10-20 bets.

Like everyone has stated, the bonus bets are a joke. Never did a session go by without other people playing the bonus. No wonder the casino's are running the game. Gives noobs a chance to play like real donkeys.

Grando, what tables are you using at pokerstove to find the correct strategy after the flop. Thanks.
This is my first post here and would like to say, "HI". I post some at Fezziks place under this name and over at SSB under "Dogman".I have played some Texas Holdem Bonus Poker and PED is 100% correct. Also Elliot Frome has some pre and post flop strategy at casinocitytimes.com.

you just enter your hand as player 1, and have the dealer as player 2 with a random hand

you enter the flop, and if your equity is >50%, you bet

otherwise check
