2. Specifically mentioned in the U.I.G.E.A as legal are horse racing, state lotteries and tribal gaming.

[/ QUOTE ]Aren't fantasy sports specifically exempted as well? Just an editing point

Not considered gambling since there are rules there to make it not gambling by excluding 'real' teams, though I should have included.

OP mentions that they are recognized as legal by other law and therefore not included in UIGEA; there are no "exemptions".

If it is illegal, it is included.

If it is legal, it does not need an "exemption" since it was never included.

Great Post but please remove freecell from games of skill after 7 years of wasting company money logging over 3.4 trillion hands of freecell and never completing one round and studying the publication "The mathmatics of Freecell" I doubt this is a game of skill.

Now minesweeper should be a game of skill (assume they give you the first block)

I agree, however, FREE CELL is included at AOL I believe, I know one of the three.

You win by scoring points, not necessarily by moving ALL the cards, a point per card.

Sorry, classified a game of 'SKILL'.

Look at the three yourself, you may find mine sweeper there.

The point is, Free Cell is a Random Number Generated Deal of a deck of cards, Poker is a .........
