Yeah, my wedding anniversery is the 23, I'm leaving the 22nd for a weeklong fishing trip with the boys . It's been mentioned a couple of times already .

[/ QUOTE ]

hey, my anniversary is the 12th. you must have some credits accrued or just not mind being in hot water. pretty bold move, my friend.

Started discussing this at work tonight.

In 1987, you get bonked on the head, and you are in a coma until today. You wake up with all your faculties. What do you find most amazing? Most dissapointing?

[/ QUOTE ]

probably the whole cell phone, wireless technology integration thing and the associated affordability of such items.

ooh, edit for: the most dissappointing is that cars still drive on the ground. no Back to the Future style automobiles.

Both. It can't be any worse than raising for a free showdown in a NL game.

Ok, most amazing, I thought that there were a lot of candidates.

In 1987, I think I had a computer(allthe computer that I would ever need) that had 1.2 meg ram. I'm not sure that that would even run today.

The cell phone technology is amazing, picture phones, MP3 phones, how cheap, and how much capability they have.

Finally, on a daily basis, the volume of stuff that i can cram into my IPOD is pretty amazing also. I think its only been about 5 or 6 years, since MP3 players first hit the market.

Maybe most dissapointing,

Our cars pretty much run the same, as they did back then.

I also remeber back in the 60s and 70s, how bad we were treating the environment, and it seemed that we had solved a lot of those problems, and now we are faced with global warming, and it doesn't seem like we are going to be able to solve that.

Finally, the cubs still suck..

Default My friend\'s problem.

My friend's wife has been kind of flaky lately, and she is currently about 6 months pregnant, he thought that it just might be hormone imbalances, but after a while, he started to think that there might be more to it.

So he sits down with her, and says we got to have a talk. 'What's going on?'

Anyway, she tells him that she is worried, because her mother went to a psychic, and the psychic told her mother that her son-in-law was having an affair.

My friend says, 'well, that isn't the case, but I have one more question.'

'Did the psychic tell your mother, that she was going to be murdered?'

'No.'

'Well, she isn't a very good psychic then, is she? '

You know, they could fold these hands if they have to, but showing is probably worse than actually folding them.

I was treated to the (I believe) quite rare triple donk today. I don't remember ever seeing this before but maybe it happens more than I think.

I'm in MP and have AdKd
Everyone folds to me, I raise, all fold to kinda goofy guy in BB who calls.

Flop: Kh 7h 3d
BB donks, I raise, BB calls.

Turn: 2d
BB donks again, I raise again, BB calls again.

River: As
BB donks yet again, I raise yet again, BB calls yet again, and MHIG.
