5 high is not a reason for folding.

The pot is offering you the odds to call here and you're on the button.

If his range for minraising PF is very tight your implied odds when hitting a hand are very high, if his range is fairly wide for PF minraise the pot odds/button make a fold pretty bad here?

I guess it would depend on a few things, but I'm basing this on a generic most people with tight ranges raise more PPs as a % of their raising hands compared to people that min 3-bet wide doing so with a lot more non-paired hands, of which you stack up a hell of a lot better against.

Anyways, why are you worried about another queen if he has an over pair? That's probably one of the best cards I would want to see with an overpair on the turn, except obviously my trips.

I agree that you are getting the odds to call here if you're on the button AND he has 2 unpaired cards, but if the villain has a higher PP, then you are not getting the implied odds to call here.

here are some probabilities

With 2 non-pair cards, the probability of flopping:

Two pair (using both of your pocket cards) from two non-pair cards 49/1 aka: 2%

flopping trips using one of your hole cards:
73/1 aka: 1.35%

Hero flops a flush, like what... 1% of the time?

You're going to hit a made hand so little of the time with this hand, that I dont' think it's possible to get the implied odds in any HU SNG, based on the structure and the starting stacks.

The only value in calling here is hoping the board comes up ragged, and the hero gets some value in bluffing using his position; basically hoping the villain completely whiffs and is not sitting on a PP.

I guess it depends on the villain's range. If he is a solid TAG who is only raising PP's and high Aces, I don't like this call. If he has a wider range, and will raise a lot of unpaired cards, then like Chicago said, you have the odds to call.

I personally still don't like a call in this spot, as you're going to be guessing a lot of the time. Even if you pair up, it's likely not going to be good. If the opponent is truely a bad player, then pick a better spot to out play them.
