In the latest "FTP Answers" thread, FTPDoug has said that he could provide a sample of the botting evidence to Mike Haven so he could offer his opinion. Surprisingly, only TeddyFBI and I have responded so far to this asking him to do so. I encourage others to do the same. Even if it is damning evidence, I doubt it will satisfy me as far as their process is concerned, but it might help to shed some light on things.

The other question I haven't seen anyone pose here is.... For how long was she running a bot? If someone plays legitimiately for 5 years then decides to run a bot for 1 day or 2 does this warrant the seizure of all their funds? Is Full Tilt 100% sure that all her profits were acquired through use of a bot?

Do you have any comment to the results you get if you look you up at sharkscope?

ROI: -97% on 67 tournaments at pokerroom.

Cash game only player that sometimes blows off steam / tilt-plays some tournies?

If you are logged in to sharkscope and look up the specifics, you see that it is only headsup tournaments.
ROI -97% on 67 HU tournaments?!?! No way is that possible by tilting, you would get at least 20-30% wins. I see only two reasonable possibilities: Chip dumping or a bot with bugs. Any third alternative, beatme1?

From my perspective, the use of a bot isn't a minor league offense, and any proven use should result in dire consequences, even if only for a short period.

This is a bit out there, but it seems very weird to me that beatme1's English skills are far better in this thread than in her email exchange with FT where she makes numerous obvious spelling errors and writes like a 14 year old. Is this two different people?
