If he isnt willing to take that flip, i dont see why he's playing with that much out there. He was (i assume) sitting with the 450k in the NL and PL games where it could easily be shoved in there at any time, and he's faced with the same predicament as flipping. The only difference is that the flip sammy offered an awesome deal.

a (roughly) 2 buy in flip with an average win of about 5% of a buy in is an incredible deal, and his edge in that game isnt even CLOSE to that big.

yeah WTF? He lost 1.2 mil and kept playing, but can't stand to lose 470k? Also, doesn't Sammy have a FT account that could facilitate the brining money to Vegas part?

Aba thought his EV/variance ratio was higher when playing

and/or he doesn't need to flip to 'get respect'

Given that he turned down the flip, it would seem that he believes his edge is that big or more. At least that's how it comes across to me. /shrug

This flip makes no sense for Brian, unless he wants to be a huge degen.

Aba just scooped a pot vs Sammy in plo for at least 700k. Sammy has reloaded for around 100k.
