Re: Ho Chunk -- 1/2 NL begins...
Well with no limit around good luck keeping any type of decent mid limit game going. This is the big reason why no limit and limit have a hard time coexisting in the same room - The no limit tables take all of the people that would be playing mid and higher limit games.

Re: Ho Chunk -- 1/2 NL begins...
You guys are probably right. It looks like Mon-Wed the 6/12 game is in danger, though Thu-Sun most games are still being spread, with 10/20 on Fridays and Saturdays most weeks (NL is not being spread Fri/Sat).
To be fair, though, Mondays and Tuesdays are low-volume nights at this room and often only two tables are running whether it was before or after NL. Personally I have mixed feelings about 1/2 NL but I'll play where the players are. I just wish they'd get a regular 10/20 game running. Let's hope the tourists bring lots of moneys! |

Does anyone know if they run NLHE tournaments during the summer? They had them on their website a while ago but I haven't seen anything lately

Pokerdemic - I'm told tourneys are in the works, maybe as early as July (apparently there is a whole lot of paperwork involved).
GBL - Ho-Chunk is between Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells. |

QFT, they are trying to get tourneys running ASAP, they just need to get the legal papers signed. Does anyone know if they will ever have 2/5 again? Also, what is juicer 1/2 NL or 10/20? |
