This commerical come on for no money down rel estate, saying you can buy house with out taking money out of your pokcet, "you dont need any cash or credit" i was wondering if anyone has used this or if anyone knows the deal behind this, is it legit or just a scam?

My sister got that. I looked through it and thought it was pretty worthless. First of all, in the market these days, isn't it a lot easier to get no money down transactions? Anyway, from what I looked at, his strategy for no money down seemed to be to look for cheap foreclosures or to get an owner to finance the down payment.

My sister didn't become rich.

Anyone with good credit should be able to get 100% financing in today's market when buying an owner occupied home. You will have to get a second mortgage with an interest rate of around 9% which will count as your down payment. Get a good broker and this should be no problem.

Although I mentioned the same thing in my post above, I just realized that it is not applicable here. The Sheets method teaches buying real estate for investment purposes, not to live in.
