You should definitely be raising pre-flop. You have a significant leak in your game if you do not understand why. Please read this post: 6 Max fundamentals for SSNL players. It will help you understand this basic concept along with several other gems.

As far as the rest of the hand, I am happy to get all-in on this flop.
