Default NL100: AK top2 OOP, ugly flop

Villain is 19/15 after only 50 hands. What's our plan on the flop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($113.55)
MP3 ($14.50)
CO ($55.15)
Button ($106.30)
SB ($106.55)
BB ($48.35)
UTG ($54.10)
UTG+1 ($92.50)
Hero ($122.35)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $4, 3 folds, Button raises to $12, 2 folds, Hero calls $8.

Flop: ($25.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

This is close for me. Either way, even with the ugly flop, it's a tough one to get away from because of the stack sizes.

I dont think this flop is ugly. He button raised and he is a 15 PFR.

Let him c-bet then test him with a nice juicy c/r.

CRAI.

My only hesitancy with this line is that bet/call might stand a better chance of getting all-in against a weaker range (I would think his range is wider for raising a bet than calling a CRAI).

Mehhhhhh...

If he calls the CRAI, what exactly are we beating?

AQ maybe, but that's about it.

So a bet call is better than a bet/3bet here? Is this a bad spot for a bet/3bet ai if raised? Sorry for the supid question I'm really lost in these situations.

No, I should have been clearer. I said "bet/call," with the assumption that any raise by villain would be all-in (given stack sizes).

I actually like C/C, C/C here.

It's tough to get away from this hand, but given his stats, I think he's more likely to bet with a worse hand than call with one.

Interesting. I might agree if he's very aggressive after the flop. Still, don't we want to make the potential draws pay? We're up against many potential varieties here.
