Well, if they are folding to c-bets a lot, then by all means raise and c-bet quite a bit. Make sure to try and play in position most of the time.

1) Could someone please direct me to a good "starting PT" thread?

[/ QUOTE ]

As in? Do you need help on setting up an original database, or what?

2) .01/.02 is boring and tedious. Should I still grind it out till I have 100 dollars before moving to .02/.05?

[/ QUOTE ]

Stay there till your are bankrolled properly too move up, if its boring add another table.

3) I feel that my postflop play is far superior to my opponents because of my experience, but that I am way too loose and agressive pre-flop. Could someone please direct me to a good pf hand range chart for microstakes?

[/ QUOTE ]

6max or FR?

4) Any tips (I have read most of the MSNL stickies) are welcome

[/ QUOTE ]

Default PokerStars and rakeback

PokerStars has intial deposit and reload bonuses. Rakeback is in the form or Frequent Player Points (FPP), which is also how you earn your initial deposit bonus (which currently matches a deposit up to $50 I think).

Besides deposit bonuses, FPP can be used for merchandise (clothes, poker books), or to enter certain tournaments.

There is no direct cash rakeback.
