Given your characterization of opponent, I play it the same.

I would play 7th differently, just plain call. On 6th Villain shows he has a very good low, so it is possible he made it on river.

On sixth, the other guy has shown that he is willing to put in a great deal of action with a second-best hand. I think that value-betting the river is clear.
