To all the people who demand an explanation for "Why didn't Silvio have a gun in his hand?":

Have you ever packed for a trip, and been extremely rushed? Those of us who've had this unpleasant experience know what it's like--your brain is in a million places at once, trying to figure what to take, what to leave, what did you forget, how much time do you have left, etc.

You always forget SOMETHING in a spot like that, usually something important.

nah, its more like Mac saying "Thank you" in english to the gestapo guy in Great Escape.

That thread just keeps staring at me. I wish people would stop replying to it so at least it would fall down the page.

I am very bothered by it.

If you guys are freaked out by the spoiler thread, just ignore the OP of that thread and you won't be able to read it.

I'm so unnerved by that thread I don't even like discussing the discussion. I think I need to leave OOT for the week.

Agreed. I am now slowly scrolling through this thread as well to make sure don't read multiple lines of a reply hat I don't want to see.

And I just realized I am totally screwed because I have to avoid all info for 2 weeks. I will miss the show on Sunday and will be on vacation all next week.

I didn't get to read the entire thread yet, so I apologize in advance if I've repeated something that somebody has already said...

First of all, some of you seem to be ignoring Chase's tendencies in your predictions. For those of you who said that either Paulie or Parisi is a rat, consider that we would probably know that already. Chase really isn't a big surprise kinda guy. So, it's unlikely that there's some major plot twist at the end. So while the idea of Paulie working with Phil and turning on Tony and killing him is pretty cool, it's highly highly unlikely.

Also, it's pretty unlikely IMO that Tony will die at all next week. Another one of Chase's big things is leaving things kinda up in the air. So, because a) most of Tony's crew is dead and b) Chase's repeated comments about things "not being tied up in a neat little package", it seems pretty likely to me that Tony's future (and maybe even Phil's) will probably be up in the air after the episode is over.

I hope I'm wrong about this, because that doesn't make the final episode sound all that exciting.

BTW, it's pretty sad to me about the way Tony's crew got taken out. In the beginning, Tony's crew was a bunch of stone cold killers. All the awesome guys are long deceased. Now, they've just become a huge joke. They're all old, fat, incompetent, bumbling idiots. I think Phil's assessment of Tony's crew was pretty accurate. I mean, Paulie and Syl have provided much more comic relief this season than they have gangster drama.

Like a moran I opened the spoiler thread to pick out what the source was without actually reading any spoilers. Well, the very first 3-4 words ruined what is probably the biggest shocker in the history of the series.

DON'T DO IT!!!

Now you've got me thinking of 3 to 4 word phrases that could be spoilers.

That thread is just sitting there taunting us. Hate it so much.
