I'm a limit holdem player that found myself in Vegas with nothing limit higher than 3-6 during the day unless I went to the Rio. I have "How should I play this hand?" questions on one that I butchered. 1-3 no limit, in the BB with 9 4 suited and check after 6 have limped in.
The flop is 998 two suited and utg bets $20 after the blinds check and I am the only caller. The turn is another 8 and I check again and call a $40 dollar wager. I also called a $50 bet after the third 8 hit the board. I can't imagine having done anything right after the flop check so, please, flame away. I need the help, obviously. put a lot of money in on the flop, no one believes you have anything on a paired flop, on later streets things narrow down quick like

Do you just check call on the flop and turn as I did? And then, with huge tears, call again on the river?

You should be getting a speeding ticket on the flop.
