i tried to log in to my neteller account to see if my formerly pending funds were restored to my account, and instead i got a message saying that my account had been closed and to call a 1-800 number. when i do this, it says that they are not accepting calls and tells me to look at their website. i tried emailing them at the us support email link but so far i've only gotten a form "we are currently experiencing increased volume" email in response. any ideas on what i could do next? i hadn't accessed my account in over a month, but i dunno why they would have closed it. does their vip number still work? i was a vip before they locked my account.
