Great anonymous interview about being a broke player
This is a great interview.
I have been trying to guess the poker pro...I think it could be Chip Jett, but I don't remember him making any big wins last year. Any other guesses? Interview with Live Poker Pro |

Him: Well I only have 30% of myself in this tournament, so I'm not really caring about it that much.

Re: Great anonymous interview about being a broke player
How depressing to read. Thanks for the link. If you live in Canada, check out cgtv's show called 'beyond the felt'. They always repeat the same show where live pros talk about the reality of being a poker player. It's basically saying the same thing as this article but featuring interviews with mike the mouth, antonio, laak, and a few others.

good read... I doubt it's Chip Jett though... I can't recall a big score he had last year at the Series

Re: Great anonymous interview about being a broke player
Insanely depressing. If anyone wanted to do the research, it wouldn't be hard to narrow down a list of 30-something live poker players who were recently divorced with big wins (>500k? Enough for a house and some serious degenerate gambling) last year.
