This is a slick move by party against their competitors who have remained in the US market. They want, contrary to the legal positions of other privately held concerns, to try to assert that the UIGEA does in fact apply to poker, thus making them look good for ceasing US operations and the others look bad, and in order to "clean" their record/image in case Rep. Frank's bill passes.
