IMO QJ is much more likely than KT or AT fwiw. we can't give this guy credit for being a good player. limp UTG+1, call flop bet from BB, min-raise turn bet from BB. realistically who takes this line other than a donk? couldn't a donk do this with Ax as well? maybe not the raise on the river I'm just saying c/c river can't be horrible.

b/c river if villian min-raises again?

I like how you played this, I probably would've messed the river up a little

Your hand definitely has more than 50% equity going into the river, so a bet is probably correct

You bet small enough to get a call from the range of hands you beat, but large enough to know you're beat if he raises

The only real incentive to check the river I think would be to get your pot chops against the non-boat tens in his range, and to get your showdowns against the AKs in his range

So if you think he's somebody that would overplay a non-boat TX or AK on the river as his standard play, I think you should check

Otherwise, I think you should bet

Yeah, I agree with blah-blah-blah's post

The flop call turn minraise would make my opinion of the villain drop a lot, which would make me think he'd raise the river with non-boat TX and AK

So instead of betting river and walking into those raises, I'd probably check/call that river to stay in play for the chops and to beat his AKs, and could probably fold if the river brought a J or Q or K or A

Why bother calling the $10 on the turn if you're planning to check/fold on a blank river?

That only makes sense if you think there's a 20%+ chance of him checking behind on river and showing a losing hand

Or if you think the chances of that happening + the chances of you rivering quads + whatever extra equity you pick up from rivering a fullhouse that might not be good are 20%+

I don't think these possibilities go higher than 20% I almost never see somebody checking behind on river after calling flop and minraising turn

So I don't think you should even bother calling turn if you'd just check/fold a blank river...

I think you played this pretty well. I would highly consider check/folding the river without a great read though.

lol this is such a complicated hand, so many different lines seem like they could be good to me

Just be glad you flopped trips, bet the flop, then hit random buttons after the turn

2. ?

3. profit!
