I actually don't think this is an easy fold. If you fold here, you are basically giving up any chance of getting 1st or 2nd. Now that would be fine and dandy if you are guaranteed a 3rd. But you aren't, the BB can still find/get lucky with a hand when the time comes. He also only needs to win once in order to basically shut you out of the tournament (unless of course, you get lucky too (which usually doesn't happen for 2+2ers)). So I would actually call, even though this is a hard call.
