Default QQ in reraised pot vs tag - sorta deepish

Villain is 21/12 ish over a good sample, seems aggro. He instachecked the turn, fwiw. My image is taggish, 24/19 or so.

I check behind here, and call most rivers. If the river is checked to me, I make a smallish bet to gain some value from 1010 an JJ.

Do you think villain is capable of CRAI with AK here with a diamond?

This seems really bad, he's not that aggressive preflop. Do you always felt QQ for 150BB preflop? You get shown AK maybe but usually AA/KK if you get it all-in.

I would probably check behind.
I hate giving a free card here, but I think it's better for pot control. You will not fold better hands than yours here too.
Maybe I'm too weak, I would like to hear some comments about this line too.
Thanks...
