Re: $50 PLO I stack off too light?
UTG either has 58xx or a8xx (which I think is a bit more likely), with slim chance of 55xx. In either scenario you are calling $26 for a pot of $62 drawing to 5 outs. Those are bad pot odds. Even in the scenario where villian has k8xx, you are paying $26 for $31 most of the time. You have a pot equity of 33%. So, you should fold. If villian shows q8xx or lower, make a note.

Re: $50 PLO I stack off too light?
Ok. Against 8769 you are 54%, The problem is that i just dont see utg limping with middle wrap too often because it is mediocre 4-way+ passive preflop senarios. Its real value comes against big pairs. Also, do you think wrap shoves this flop given a bet and raise in front?

[/ QUOTE ] it depends i would say. there are a lot of multitabling villains even at low stakes (at least at pokerroom where i play) that play pretty solid (though usually too tight/passive) and you re never good here against them. then there are these ultra-donks who will overplay their hands massively and are basicly dead money but usually these guys are rather calling stations and would not make such a bluff. i would prefer a fold here as the pair in your hand is not very helpful. |

Yea I'd fold this. It seems you need to get a K or a T in 2 cards - not a good spot. He either has you beat already, or has a better draw to a FH. Fold.

Having TT here really hurts your hand, I think I would just fold.

Re: $50 PLO I stack off too light?
I'd usually just call this flop and give AA a chance to fire another shell, but given that you raised it, you definitely have to fold to the push. UTG has A8xx or better over 90% of the time here, and with the pair in your hand, you're drawing very slim.
The only way I'd call here is if UTG was super-duper-LAG or I had strong reason to believe that he was on tilt. |
