Default RR pot, flop TPTK...hate these decisions

2/4NL WPX 5 handed

I raise to 14 in CO with AQo, BB reraises to 42. I call
Flop Qs3s9d, he bets 60 I call
Turn Jc, he checks I...?? pot is $208, he has $310 behind

He just sat and I have no reads on him, although I'm sure we have played a couple hands prior to this session.
I have been raising often preflop, but haven't been out of line other than that. Advice on the flop is welcome also.

Edit: I bet 55, he shoved...what can his hand be?
