Thanks for the advice. I was raising the flop to make him pay for a draw but I think he will be way ahead at least 50% of the time here on the flop so i'd just be putting more chips in when im behind. Also if he pushes with his flush draw im in a tough spot so ill definately be flat calling in the future.

As a side note villain showed me 67o after I folded.

I think PF is fine, I also 3-bet this sometimes (prefer the call though). Your equity sucks against any reasonable range here, so I fold to the flop 3-bet. Turn is fine, most will give up if they were 3-bet bluffing the flop on that card.
