<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q A (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.59</font>, Hero calls $1.34, BB folds
Uncalled bet of $0.25 returned to BTN

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($2.68) 4 9 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $2.25</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.00</font>, BTN calls $3.75

I play AQ like this approximately never. You've committed a huge portion of your stack with exactly nothing and no clue what he might have (unless you have a good handle on his raising range from the BTN).

i was on tilt i put the complete hand:

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $1.59</font>, Hero calls $1.34, BB folds
Uncalled bet of $0.25 returned to BTN

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($2.68) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $2.25</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.00</font>, BTN calls $3.75

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($14.68) 3:diamod: (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $9.54</font>, BTN calls $9.54

<font color="black">River:</font> ($33.76) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $42.62</font>, Hero calls $31.62
Uncalled bet of $11.00 returned to BTN

Pot Size: $97.00 ($2 Rake)

BTN had 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (two pairs, nines and fours) and LOST (-$48.50)
Hero had Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pairs, aces and fours) and WON (+$46.50)

the worse hand ever played for both of us? i think my turn play sucks but my river check was fine...

You got lucky. Overplaying TPTK is one thing, but overplaying 2 overcards is another!

Don't like how you played this but you redeemed yourself somewhat with that check on the river.
