Interior decorating is a bitch. They are just beginning to negotiate acquire their retail tenants at this stage which is kind of exciting (my company was approached a few weeks ago, we arent doing anything with them).

Is there some chance/rumor/whatever that MGM could acquire the rights to the WSOP? That would be awesome.

considering it will take more concrete that the new WTC tower, and will be finished before the WTC's foundation is likely poured its truly incredible! 2010 is so sick fast, its hard to belive - but they are still sticking by the 2009 timeline, which is just sick!

The rumor is that Harrah's will be broken up. The #1 rumor tied to this is that Jack Binion is purchasing the WSOP and the Rio. The second rumor on the street is that MGM will negotiate to by the WSOP when (if) Harrah's breaks up. At this point its more wishful thinking than fact unfortunately.

Add me to the list of wishful thinkers. The difference in operational quality between MGM and Harrah's has become very apparent to me recently.

Poker is already monopolized, but I think MGM is more in tune with the needs of high-stakes poker players than Harrah's.
