I reckon so, i would rather know i'm beat on the turn than river but he may call anyway with Jhxh. I'm a newbie though would like to see what others think, maybe i'm talking twaddle

I often just check it down. I don't like betting into empty side pots. And since SB didn't bluff his missed flushdraw and turn and river card were very low, I don't know if he'll call a value bet on the river with very little.
