No more Paytru cards?

payTru has currently reached the capacity limits for the issuance of new cards and therefore cannot issue any new cards at this time. This affects all card numbers issued since May 1st as well as any card replacements. Check the payTru website in the near future for a card issuance update.This does not affect the use of your existing payTru card number on your participating payTru merchant web site.

Was wondering why my card took longer than 2 business weeks, requested it about may 7th. So basically I can now deposit with my virtual paytru card, but can't withdraw via it since I don't have one. Defeated the whole purpose of me getting it.

Got same email. I requested my card on the 9th (I think). I have money sitting on there I was planning on cashing out at the ATM, but now have no idea how to get it. Ugh.

same here. I've been looking for my card every day so I can get my cash. I hope stars lets me redeposit and withdraw via check. Has anyone asked them yet?

I can't imagine why Stars wouldn't let you do that.
Although they might have some sort of play-through requirement after depositing or something annoying like that.

It would clearly be appropriate for Stars to do the right thing and waive such stuff in this situation since you cashed-out to this card on the assumption you would be able to get it.

I just don't get it.
This makes zero sense to me.

Would they just say, "Sorry, you're out of luck. We ran out of cards!!"??????

PayTru sucks anyhow, consider yourself lucky you don't have to deal with them.
