Can we have a straight "Entertainment" forum please?

seriously don't understand why this doesn't exist at this point, reason I think this is because of the recent "House season finale" thread that has plenty of responses but was never discussed until just then, this is because of the whole EDF/lounge/oot/bbvfl cliques so stuff is fragmented and under-discussed. I would love to see a "House season 4" thread but oot isn't the place to put it because it would only have 1/2 or less of its potential audience.

Also there's the whole "there's a 'student life' and 'golf' forum but not a general entertainment forum" thing.

I'll summarize arguments to follow;

GREAT IDEA! It will really lead to lively discussion!

TERRIBLE IDEA! Segmenting OOT into all sorts of different forums will make it worthless and all the smaller forums will be dead, thus killing Other Topics at 2p2.

Both points are valid. However, IMHO, there aren't enough "Entertainment" posts to warrant their own forum.

Vehn - three possible options:

1) Create a "House Season 4" thread in ATF, stating that you don't know where to put it. Since ATF is the forum where all the super cool people hang out, you may get the level of interaction you are looking for.

2) Buy a sponsored forum and call it "House Season 4".

3) Begin watching German dubbed episodes off the internet, and post in BBV (German).

Do you mean a gay forum containing entertainment? Or a forum with gay entertainment?
