Re: WSOP: Easiest Braclet to win?
Wouldn't the NL HE shootouts be up there?
In terms of hands played/players beat en route to a bracelet wouldn't shootouts be lowest? |

Re: WSOP: Easiest Braclet to win?
i dont see any reasons why a shootout would be easier to win beyond the fact that short handed poker probably takes more skill.
there might be fewer hands on average but you are pointing money in the pot in alot more of them. in all honesty someone who is dedicated and has a huge roll would probably be less than 2 to 1 to win a bracelet with all the 5pm non holdem events and a couple really small field rebuy events (like the triple draw). the real problem though is staying motivated to play everything at the top level. |

Re: WSOP: Easiest Braclet to win?
Level 5 is when he came over I take it? That's when our table broke. I already had a dead read on him and the rest of the table, so I was sorry to see him go. I can tell you plenty more Diano stories some time if you want to hear them
Sure.....hes quite a character.....he had Josh Arieh and some kid pissed at him for something at our table I forget what though. sgspecial what other Diano stories do you have? I know the Josh Arieh thing was over Josh mucking a hand after Diano had requested to see it, and then Diano refused to act until the floor came over and issued a warning to Arieh. I know he also has a big beef with Max Pescatore too. He's good at getting under people's skin if they are vulnerable to being aggravated. |

12:00:00 PM No-Limit Hold’em (Event 38) No Rebuy/Add-on $1,500 Easiest event IMO. 1 Day before the 50k horse. No big named pros will be in it and last year had a small field. Plus I'm playing in it so you will likely double up off of me on the first hand. |

Re: WSOP: Easiest Braclet to win?
I'm not sure I agree with that. Putting up $10k in the main event for a shot at multiple millions is one thing. Putting up $50k for a much smaller prize is another, whether it's you or your stake horse or sponsor or whatever. I think a lot of 2nd tier name pros will give the $50k HORSE a pass.

RAZZ without a doubt. I had never seriously played the game prior to last year and luckboxed my way into 9th.... I will never play it again however, RAZZ is the most ridiculous game ever invented I think. No bracelet is worth that kind of boredom!

[/ QUOTE ] Damn, y'all might as well just ship me the bracelet right now if no one else wants it. Obviously, you're not alone in your opinion CC. In fact, last year John Gale got moved to my right around the middle of day 1. I didn't know who he was at the time, but he was being congratulated by everyone else as he had just won a PLHE bracelet a couple days before. Still he looked like someone had just run over his dog. When I asked him why, he said "I hate razz...." |

Re: WSOP: Easiest Braclet to win?
I went deep last year and busted around 55th or so. I was on the short stack for something like 5 levels. I have a knack for playing the short stack in that game.
