Default 200nl SB limpy, play poker

Early at the table, villain was something around 30/18/4 ~150 hands. Nothing other than that. Flop was so dry I decided to play it as wa/wb. Is my turn play in accordance with that thought process? Or should I c/c the turn as well? I liked the bet/call there since implied odds would be huge and if he did raise it wouldn't be too big to shut me out of the pot.

On the river I don't see a worse hand calling, so c/c yea?

Flop looks good.

Lead turn bigger.

I'd consider folding the river. The ace didn't really help your hand, and he's highly unlikely to be bluffing in this spot. You're basically hoping for a split with A8-A3.

i usually lead this flop, but i do so with a pretty wide range, not sure i understand leading the turn? Its some type of blocking bet or you think a 9 calls here?

if i check the flop i also c/c turn the turn.
if villain checks behind on turn, i bet river.

as played, river looks fine but folding probaly has about the same expectaion. expect to chop pretty often.
