Michael Bloomberg. Realistic, smart, business-friendly, and charitable. Marry me.

Nonfiction, I asked to see what questions he avoided, and how he avoided them, because most of those times, those polls are done by people who only hear what they want to hear.

Reminds me of everyone calling Kerry a flip flopper, when if you really went and read what he was saying in the transcripts, he was very consistant.

I watched the debates, I didn't hear Giuliani avoiding answering questions. So again, I'd like examples if anyone has them. I'm not saying he didn't do it, but I didn't pick up on that.

Yeah, I'd actually be interested too, wish I could come up with it but too busy at the moment on and off with work to really try to locate info outside of simple wikiing things.

I agree he is probably my ideal candidate as well. Maybe he'll run as an independent, I hope so.

I'd rather see Bloomberg continue to make NYC better.

As for that hypthetical race, Gore/Obama definitly wins it in my opinion. I really think Gore would win the election.

He's got the anti-war stance from the get-go, but unlike Obama, he's got TONS of world politcs experience. Kucinich also has experience, but..lets face it, he's not president material, he looks like the 8th grader that got beat up for having the glasses and pocket protector.

I could go for Gore, definitly. Problem is, he says he isn't considering running.

war on terror is a misnomer at best or the people who are fighting this war believe in fighting fire with fire.

The problem is he says it too much. I am worried that if/when he does enter the fact that he claimed for so long that he wasn't interested may hurt him.
But I agree - Gore/Obama can't lose.

UA,

Thanks for your critique. You can see that I am liberal on most social issues, middle of the road on others and conservative when it comes to taxes, military and law and order. I look for a candidate that encompasses as many of my views as possible.

Yes, it is hard to find someone that I like more than 75%.

I'll be shocked if Gore doesn't jump in right before Iowa.

Gore/Obama would have Dems in hysteria
