Re: SnG Article
AK article was very heplful; thank you.
I would love to see an article on calling all-ins from short stacks when you are the big blind and getting large pot odds. For example: 4-5 handed, button pushes for 3.5 BBs, you have 5.5BBs and look down at A2. You believe you are ahead, but you could be dominated or behind to a PP, but you are getting good pot odds. Calling and winning almost guarantess ITM, calling and losing is very undesireable, and folding leaves you as, say, the third chip leader, with the two smallest stacks in the 2.5BB range. (Not sure if that's a great example.) Basically, calling from the BB with marginal hands getting good pot odds when your stack is healthy, but calling and losing is near-crippling. Thanks |

Re: SnG Article
Agree with the request for bubble play article, the basics of early- and ITM-play are easy in comparison.

Re: SnG Article
Playing post flop with pocket pair and one overcard on the flop (like 99 on Jxx flop).
Actually anything about post flop play would be nice. Calling allins. Especially with small pairs and hands like JTs. NP: Meathook Seed - Day Of Conceiving |

Re: SnG Article
I would prefer something about sitting with 6-7 players and high blinds. Let's say 200/400:
4 Players (including you) have 3000 each, 1 player 6000, 2 players 1000 or one 2000. For the number of players it seems like you should not push to much, because the probability of someone calls you is much higher than if you are 4-5 persons. On the other hand, your stack makes you somehow desperate... May be it is a specific topic in the main topic: how to play in the new structures compared to the old one. thx in adv for everything you will write... |

Re: SnG Article
1)how to estimate the risk/reward of a cbet on the fly?
2)are there circumstances where bet all-in or call an all-in on the flop is a correct action with TPTK? |

I would like to read your thoughts on 3 handed ITM play. There are seemingly endless throngs of threads about bubble play and HU play, but very little about 3 handed ITM. [/ QUOTE ] |

Re: SnG Article
Middle pairs (88-TT) with 7-12 BB stack size. Do I raise all in or do I call hoping for a set. If no set on flop, is it worth a bluff if checked to on the flop?

Re: SnG Article
Any specific hands that people would like some focus on? ie, playing JJ in EP early on, playing AQo, playing stuff like TT to an EP raise etc etc. |

Re: SnG Article
ITM play and SB/BB play with >10BB stacks get my vote.
an article on AQo might be interesting |
