Default 25NL - AA, almost 300BB deep.

Villain is 58/14/2 over 300, wins 51% @ SD, doesn't seem to pay off post flop that often.

Normally, I raise flop to about 4-5. But I guess I got scared because of stacks and wanted to keep pot small. Leak? Do I have to charge his draws here? Raise turn? Raise river?

89T with two spades on the flop should of scared you. Re-raise CO to like $5. Your aim is to try and shut down the pot on the flop I think, there are a hell of a lot of scare cards out there. If he pushes your reraise on flop I fold.
